Locations

Tri-Cities Gastroenterology provides services at several regional locations in Bristol, Elizabethton, Johnson City, Kingsport, and Mountain City, Tennessee. These offices allow us to serve you at locations convenient to you for many appointment needs such as initial visits, routine checkups and follow-up care. These offices serve as satellites to our main facility, The Center for Digestive Wellness. Located just off Interstate 81, at Exit 63, near the Tri-Cities Airport, the Digestive Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art procedure center.

Take Exit #63, the Airport Parkway, toward Tri-Cities Regional Airport. Drive 1.8 miles, turn left onto Harry Steadman Drive at the Northeast Tennessee Business Park. Take a right on Wallace Alley Drive, and then drive to the end of the cul-de-sac.

To the Johnson City Medical Center from the North side of Johnson City on I-26: Take TN Hwy 381/ State of Franklin Road Exit #19. Merge onto North State of Franklin Road/ TN Hwy 381S heading south. Go about 3 miles, turn left at the Medical Center, 400 North State of Franklin Road.

Kingsport TN

Directions to the Holston Valley Medical Center from I-26:
From the south (Johnson City) on I-26 West take Exit #1 /US11W, and merge onto US11W/W Stone Drive. Go 2 miles, then turn right on Gibson Mill Road. Drive .6 miles, then turn right on Broad Street for .1 mile; turn right on W. Ravine Road and you arrive at the hospital, 130 W. Ravine Road.
Directions to the Holston Valley Medical Center from Southwest Virginia: Take US HWY 58/421/23 through Gate City into Kingsport; this is locally named Lynn Garden Drive. Turn left onto W. Sullivan St., go .2 mile. Turn left on Sequoyah Drive. Go .5 mile. Turn right on W. Ravine Road, go .3 mile, and you will arrive at the hospital, 130 W. Ravine Road.

Directions from Bristol, VA:
From I-81 Exit 74B, take US11W (which becomes E. Stone Drive) for about 15.7 miles. Turn right onto Brookside Drive. In .3 mile, turn right onto Pavilion Drive, then take the first right into our parking lot.

From SW Virginia,
Two routes are available:
1) Drive south on US 23/ US 58/421 through Gate City to Exit 1 for West Stone Drive / US 11W (turn left to drive east). Drive 3.8 miles on 11W / Stone Drive, turn left on Brookside Drive. In .3 mile, turn right onto Pavilion Drive, then take the first right into our parking lot. Continue from * below.

2) Drive via Wadlow Gap, (US 224), southeast to Hwy 93/ John B. Dennis. Just before Indian Path Hospital, turn right onto Pavilion Drive. Just before Brookside Drive, turn leftinto our parking lot.
