Good Food for Good Health

Forget about self-control, you have to control your environment. If you don’t have it in the house, you will not be able to eat it.

Points to Consider:

  1. Overeating beyond what your body needs by a mere 100 calories per day will lead to a 10-pound weight gain per year.

  2. Stock your house with whole foods that are naturally low in calories so that you can eat often and eat well.

  3. Engaging in physical activity most days of the week is a must for good health and weight control. A brisk walk for 30 minutes burns only about 150 calories, so make careful food selections.
